How it works.

Getting started is simple—just follow these three steps to begin your journey to better health.

Step 1: Intake & Preparation

After you enroll, you'll receive a Welcome Package via your secure client portal. This includes your intake forms, food diary, and a curated set of onboarding resources - everything needed to begin your journey with clarity and direction.

Step 2: Personalized Health Review & Care Plan

Once your materials and any labs are reviewed and analyzed, we’ll meet for a 90-minute session to walk through your findings. You’ll receive a comprehensive explanation of results along with a protocol tailored to your needs - including dietary guidance, supplement recommendations, and lifestyle medicine. This plan is built using Your Health Compass, my Signature Care System - a pillar-based approach that leads you step-by-step toward healing, with each pillar building on the last.

Step 3: Ongoing Coaching & Support

Your next steps are guided by where you are in the system. Whether you're starting in Pillar 1 (which includes 8 weeks of customized diet and lifestyle coaching), or continuing into another pillar of care, your follow-up will include scheduled check-ins, protocol adjustments, and retesting as needed. Support is tailored to your goals and the level of care you need - ensuring consistent progress and long-term results.
